Mohocon strives to create second-to-none destinations for sustainable and aesthetic living. Mohocon’s name stands for Module House Construction. Modularized buildings are at the core of Mohocon’s business and they envision a society of cost-efficient building construction. The cost of construction, the cost of sustainability, and the cost of aesthetically valuable constructions. Mohocon honours values of performance, reliability and integrity – and they dream about projects that improve the quality of life for communities and people.
Mohocon’s building system is based on a principle of sectional prefabricated construction modules, which among others enables shorter time-to-turnkey and drives down costs significantly. The basic modules are typically six sided boxes constructed in a remote facility, then delivered to their intended site of use. When joined together they form larger buildings. The modules can be placed side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked up to 5 stories in height, allowing full variety of configurations and styles in the building layout.
Further customization is also feasible. As a matter of fact, you may choose to fully individualize the architecture – e.g. into a circular building. Imagine you may design your house any way you want, any shape, any dimension, any material. That’s how far you can go.
Mohocon meets any building regulations or standard. Their production facilities / processes are ISO 9001 certified. Authorities inspect and tests their products. Most important of all, it is in the DNA of their company culture to be proud of what they do and to deliver according to customer specifications.
